The Selection Process
AUA practices holistic admissions. We select students who have the skills and ability to succeed and to assure that AUA is well suited to their educational and career goals. Once you submit your application, it is screened for technical eligibility (refer to the application requirements for more information). If eligible, the Academic Program Admissions Committee conducts a thorough review of your application, which may include inviting you to an interview.
As admission to AUA is competitive, both the Academic Program Admissions and the Graduate Admissions Committees consider your academic and personal information, including academic credentials, professional experience, graduate entrance exam scores, the statement of purpose, recommendation letters, and the interview, if applicable.
Decisions made by the Graduate Admissions Committee cannot be appealed.
